Prolistem Success Report Update:
We are pleased to share the progress of a patient with non-obstructive azoospermia, aged 34, who exhibited normal hormone levels of FSH, LH, and Testosterone, with no family history of the condition.
Initial Biopsy (December 2021): The biopsy report revealed 70% Sertoli cell-only syndrome and 30% maturation arrest.
After undergoing Prolistem treatment for six months, a second biopsy (MicroTESE) was performed. We are thrilled to report that numerous sperm were successfully extracted and frozen for future IVF procedures. This marks a significant achievement in the patient's fertility journey.

Prolistem Success Report Update:
We extend our gratitude to Dr. Mahmoud Ayoub from Al Sham Center for IVF for sharing this success story with us. The patient, who had Azoospermia and was married for 9 years, initially showed maturation arrest in the first biopsy. Before starting Prolistem treatment, hormone levels were as follows: FSH 6.9, LH 5.6, and testosterone 4.2. After undergoing Prolistem treatment from 12.22 to 7.23, hormone levels improved to FSH 8.2 and testosterone 4.3.
Following six months of Prolistem treatment, a second biopsy (MicroTESE) was conducted, resulting in the successful extraction and freezing of numerous sperm for future IVF procedures. This marks a momentous milestone in the patient's fertility journey.
