What is Prolistem®?

One pathway called Notch, involved in deciding the fate of cells, seems to be influenced by the changes in testosterone levels. This suggests that various pathways work together in response to lower testosterone, making it quite a complex process.

As we learn more about how sperm is produced and regulated, reducing testosterone, especially with the help of Prolistem, seems like a promising way to bring back sperm production in cases of azoospermia. The interaction between different pathways, guided by Sertoli cells, shows that we need to keep exploring to fully understand and make the most of this treatment approach.
