Prolistem® Azoospermia

What is Prolistem®?

Prolistem® is a fertility support solution that significantly enhance the chances of sperm production for men with non-obstructive azoospermia (primary testicular failure). Prolistem® is a patented and FDA-certified formula.
Our innovative six-month treatment course has yielded impressive success rates, with 48% of patients achieving successful outcomes. Among them, 23% of patients had sperm detected in their semen, while 25% of patients had successful surgical sperm extractions following the completion of the Prolistem® course.

How does  Prolistem® work?

Similar to rebooting a smartphone to fix functional issues, Prolistem® facilitates the “Spermatogenesis Restarting Process” to restore sperm production by temporarily lowering testosterone levels. Our comprehensive six-month course includes two phases. The initial phase decreases testosterone levels to create an optimal environment for sperm production, while the second phase restores normal testosterone levels and promotes healthy sperm production.

Prolistem® utilizes glycyrrhizic acid, the active component, which undergoes in-vivo hydrolysis to glycyrrhetinic acid. This acid functions by blocking 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17βHSD), an enzyme responsible for converting androstenedione to testosterone. The extraction process and concentration of this acid are proprietary information held by the company, as it serves as a key secret ingredient in Prolistem.

The Effect of  Prolistem® on Sperm Recovery

A) Non-obstructive azoospermia, characterized by testicular failure, shows atrophic tubules devoid of mature sperm. They consist solely of Sertoli cells, yet a few contain spermatogonia, implying germ cell activity despite compromised fertility.

B) After Testosterone suppression, spermatogenesis resurges in most tubules as Pachytene cells emerge through microscopic analysis. This signifies the successful restoration of germ cell development and an encouraging sign of restored fertility.

Prolistem® Phase One

Recent research suggests a possible solution to help with sperm production by lowering testosterone levels, though we’re still figuring out exactly how it works. In conditions like azoospermia, healthy stem cells in the testicles face obstacles to developing due to certain factors.

For sperm production, Sertoli cells, which are support cells, play a crucial role by creating a special environment in the testicles. These cells use different pathways for normal sperm production.

Our studies and others indicate that when testosterone levels are reduced, there’s a boost in activity in specific pathways like MAPK and PI3K/Akt. These pathways are known for their roles in cell signaling and survival, and they become more active when testosterone levels are lower.

One pathway called Notch, involved in deciding the fate of cells, seems to be influenced by the changes in testosterone levels. This suggests that various pathways work together in response to lower testosterone, making it quite a complex process.

As we learn more about how sperm is produced and regulated, reducing testosterone, especially with the help of Prolistem, seems like a promising way to bring back sperm production in cases of azoospermia. The interaction between different pathways, guided by Sertoli cells, shows that we need to keep exploring to fully understand and make the most of this treatment approach.

Prolistem® Phase Two

Prolistem® Stage Three (Phase Two) is the only treatment on the market that is designed based on real research and knowledge and has been approved to be effective for men’s sperm health (Oligospermia)

Prolistem® goes beyond sperm health – it targets the entire sperm production process inside the testis. The active ingredients focus on supporting germ cells, Leydig cells, and Sertoli cells for comprehensive reproductive well-being.

Group 1 – The Retinoic Acid Effect

Retinoic Acid  (Vitamin A) acts on both Sertoli cells and germ cells and pushes undifferentiated spermatogonia into the differentiation pathway and, eventually, meiotic prophase.

Group 2 – Sperm Health

Vitamin D, E, B12, Zinc, Thiamin, Icariin Punicalagins, Ellagic acid, Anthocyanins, Ginsenosides, Polysaccharides, Triterpenoids, Macamides, Glucosinolates, Alkaloids, Protodiosci, Steroidal saponins. The active ingredients have demonstrated the ability to enhance sperm viability and morphology, while also fostering the concentration of antioxidants, catalase, and peroxidase. These factors play a crucial role in supporting spermatogenesis.

Group 3 – Testosterone Booster

The active ingredients have demonstrated the capability to enhance testosterone production from Leydig cells through both direct and indirect pathways. Vitamin D, Icariin, Punicalagins, Ellagic acid, Anthocyanins, L-dopa (levodopa), Various alkaloids, Ginsenosides, Polysaccharides, Triterpenoids.

Group 4 – DNA Damage

Folic acid, polyphenols, resveratrol, anthocyanins, quercetin, terpenes, phenolic compounds, quercetin, punicalagins, ellagic acid, anthocyanins reduced DNA fragmentation in normal human spermatozoa

Will  Prolistem® work for me?

Prolistem® was specifically developed to assist men experiencing ‘non-obstructive azoospermia’ in achieving parenthood. This condition refers to men who have testicles that are unable to produce sperm effectively. Additionally, men with ‘obstructive azoospermia’, where sperm is unable to exit the body due to a blockage, can also benefit from using Prolistem® prior to undergoing sperm retrieval procedures. By doing so, the chances of finding healthy and viable sperm for in vitro fertilization (IVF) are increased.

Why should I Choose  Prolistem® ?

Many fertility supplements available on the market are specifically formulated to support sperm health, particularly targeting men with oligospermia (low sperm count). These supplements aim to improve sperm count, motility, and overall sperm quality. However, it’s important to note that these supplements are generally not designed or marketed as a treatment for azoospermia, which is a condition characterized by the absence of sperm in semen.

Prolistem® is the only supplement on the market that has been specifically designed to help men with non-obstructive azoospermia become fathers. Its unique formula was created by our experts who have over 15 years of experience in male-factor infertility research. It is all-natural and has no side effects.

Prolistem® is science-based and patient-focused. We are here to help you have a baby. Contact us today to see how Prolistem® can help you achieve your goal of becoming a father.
