What is Prolistem®?

The Effect of Prolistem® on Sperm Recovery

B) After Testosterone suppression, spermatogenesis resurges in most tubules as Pachytene cells emerge through microscopic analysis. Prolistem® Phase One

Recent research suggests a possible solution to help with sperm production by lowering testosterone levels, though we’re still figuring out exactly how it works. In conditions like azoospermia, healthy stem cells in the testicles face obstacles to developing due to certain factors. For sperm production, Sertoli cells, which are support cells, play a crucial role by creating a special environment in the testicles. These cells use different pathways for normal sperm production. Our studies and others indicate that when testosterone levels are reduced, there’s a boost in activity in specific pathways like MAPK and PI3K/Akt. These pathways are known for their roles in cell signaling and survival, and they become more active when testosterone levels are lower. One pathway called Notch, involved in deciding the fate of cells, seems to be influenced by the changes in testosterone levels. This suggests that various pathways work together in response to lower testosterone, making it quite a complex process. As we learn more about how sperm is produced and regulated, reducing testosterone, especially with the help of Prolistem, seems like a promising way to bring back sperm production in cases of azoospermia. The interaction between different pathways, guided by Sertoli cells, shows that we need to keep exploring to fully understand and make the most of this treatment approach.

Prolistem® Plus (Phase Two) is the only treatment on the market that is designed based on real research and knowledge and has been approved to be effective for men’s sperm health (Oligospermia) Prolistem® goes beyond sperm health – it targets the entire sperm production process inside the testis.
